Hertzler, Benjamin B.

Benjamin B. Hertzler, 83, of East Main street, died early Tuesday morning of the Infirmities of age. He was born in Salunga and lived at Lltitz the greater part of his life, engaging in the butchering trade at Terre Hill. He was also janitor at Linden Hall Seminary for 8 years. '
He married twice. His first wife was Susan K. Leaman, and the second, Mrs. Alice Kemper Swarr.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mary Worley, a step-daughter, Mrs. Jacob Royer, Terre Hill, two grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Burkholder, Lititz, and Mrs. B. Frank Miller, Lancaster; and a brother, Elias, of Millersville.
Funeral services will be privately this afternoon at 1.30 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Worley, with whom he lived. Public services will be held in the Lititz Mennonite Church at 2 o'clock, with interment in Mellinger's Cemetery, east of Lancaster.
